Occupational & Recreational Therapy

Occupational & Recreational Therapy is available to inpatients, day clients and community clients to improve their function and independence through stimulating programmes that are designed to enhance quality of life. Recreational facilities include a large social hall, a swimming pool, an activity gym, Snoezelen (sensory stimulation) room, petting zoo, art room, movie theatre, kitchen and laundry. The Occupational Therapist also acts as liaison with prospective employers to place higher functioning clients.
