What does an Employee/Labour Relations Assistant do?

An Employee/Labour Relations Assistant is responsible for the maintenance of the Bermuda Hospitals Board’s collective bargaining agreements with the Bermuda Industrial Union (BIU) and Bermuda Public Services Union (BPSU).

What qualifications and experience does the hospital require?

• Associates degree in Business/Labour Relations or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years experience as a union shop steward.
• Current/Past member of union negotiation team preferred.
