What does the Staffing Specialist do?

A Staffing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of recruitment as well as training programs, employee relations, policy and procedures interpretation. Assists the Human Resources Manager with special projects, reports and other duties as required.

What qualifications and experience does the hospital require?

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management & Development or equivalent.
• 2-3 years post-graduate experience in a HR environment.
• 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Experience in a unionised environment preferable.
• Affiliation with Bermuda Human Resources Association and/or current member of SHRM.
