Temporary Closure of Point Finger Road Access to the Botanical Gardens

(Hamilton, Bermuda, February 25, 2011)

Bermuda Hospitals Board (BHB) would like to advise the public that Paget Health Services is closing the existing driveway from Point Finger Road to the Botanical Gardens as part of construction work for the new hospital building. The access road will be closed from Monday, 28 February.

For those on foot, a new sidewalk that joins Point Finger Road and the Botanical Gardens has been built adjacent to Paget Health Services’ mobile site offices.

Vehicles should access the Botanical Gardens via the Berry Hill or South Road entrances until further notice. An alternate vehicle entrance between Point Finger Road and the Gardens will be built, and the public will be advised when it is open.

Paget Health Services apologises for any inconvenience to the public.
