Our Medical Concierge is equipped to handle our patients and their families through this transition.
We are happy to assist you before, during and after your visit.
A Convenient, Comprehensive Service
Just like the concierge at a fine hotel, your Medical Concierge will help facilitate and coordinate your visit.
We provide these services:
- Assistance with coordinating appointments to our Overseas Partners
- Assistance with air, hotel, transportation, and provision of discounts when available
- Connection with Meyer-Franklin Travel, a business travel service, to schedule or confirm airline reservations at the BHB travel office
- Arrangement of taxi or car service between the airports and hotel
- Information about leisure activities for family members.
