What does a Training Officer do?
A Training Officer is responsible for designing, implementing and
evaluating orientation. A Training Officer also provides in-service,
on-the-job and continuing education programs for personnel in both
hospitals and the community.
What qualifications and experience does the hospital require?
- Bachelors’ degree in Nursing or Health related profession.
- Bachelors’ degree in Education, Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years current nursing or allied health experience in
a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Minimum 2 years management experience.
- Minimum 3 years as a trainer.
