Continuing Care Units

We provide residents with comprehensive skilled nursing services and assistance with activities of daily living in safe, caring and supportive environments. Long-term care includes an extensive array of social and recreational activities to help residents live as active, dignified and independently as possible. Our goal is to foster a sense of family and community for our residents.

Together, the Upper and Lower Continuing Care Units care for up to 79 patients, most of whom are senior citizens. A variety of services are available in-house, provided by a psychologist, occupational and physical therapists, a social worker, a dietician, a dental hygienist, a beautician and a barber.
